ANA delivers aid to flood-hit families in Herat

HEratAfghan National Army troops delivered winter aid to flood-hit families in Nawabad area on the outskirts of Herat City.

According to the Pajhwok Afghan News, nearly 150 families received blankets, winter clothing, shoes and food.

Military corps spokesman Najibullah Najibi said a wall along a canal was being urgently constructed to protect nearby homes from being flooded.
