Ghor Province to See its First Ever Recreational Park

Funded by the United States International Development Agency , the work on the recreational park in western Ghor Province was launched Monday.

The park, with a one square kilometer area, would include a green area, basketball and volleyball courts, shops and special recreation areas for children and women, according to the City Mayor Mohammad Osman Ismat.

The project will be completed within two-months at a cost of USD 180,000.

Ghor city had never had such a facility for its dwellers.
