Kabul municipality’s revenue increased by 33% this year

Kabul municipalityKabul Municipality announced a 33% increase in its revenue from last year’s.

Mayor Mohammad Yonus Nawandish said the revenues, projected to be above 2.55bn AFN, would be spent towards road construction and urban improvements.

Kabul residents have long remained dissatisfied about the performance of the Municipality and complained about the dilapidated roads and notorious traffic.
