Kabul to host first IT expo next week

The first-ever Information Technology (IT) expo will be held in capital Kabul from 13-16 June.

The exhibition is organized by the Afghan Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MICT) with collaboration from the Center of Afghanistan Exhibitions (CAE).

Over 120 domestic and foreign companies are expected to showcase their products and services.

The expo is aimed at promoting IT products of Afghanistan and to introduce new technological tools and products.

Founded in 2015, CAE has organized three exhibitions across the country so far.
