NSP implements development projects in Paktia Province

With a cost of more then 10,000,000 AFN, six projects of the National Solidarity Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD/NSP) were recently completed in Gardez, the center of Paktia province.

According to the provincial manager of NSP in Paktia province, these development projects included the construction of a community center, 21 culverts, 15-meter long siphon, concreting and graveling of rural roads and streets.

It is worth mentioning that 159 infrastructure projects in various communities of Paktia province is currently in progress in a number of sectors including education, irrigation, livelihood, power, water supply & sanitation, transport, etc.
