Taloqan road being asphalted at a cost of more than USD 2mn

baghlan-takhar roadWork on the asphalting of 4.5km in Takhar province, between Taloqan and Hazar Somch district, in the process.

Funded by the German Development Bank, the project is being implemented at a cost of more than USD 2mn.

The road connects Baharak and Rustaq districts with the provincial capital, Taloqan. Around 60,000 families would benefit from the project.
