Welfare projects completed in Hazrat Sultan
The National Solidarity Program (NSP) has completed welfare projects in Hazrat Sultan district of northern Samangan province with financial collaboration from the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD).
The projects include eight community centers, five reservoirs of potable water and construction of a two-kilometer road and are executed at a cost of 14.9mn AFN.
The local residents have contributed 10 percent of the cost.
According to NSP officials, the projects are implemented in Mohammad Qodod, Kokah Balaq Bala, Kokah Balaq Payeen, Khwarja Parsa, Shorqal and Larkharbi villages of Samangan.
NSP has so far completed 1,334 projects in 418 villages in Samangan.
