Work on construction of two school buildings begins in Roi-do-Aab district of Samangan

schools openingTwo school buildings at a cost of 11mn AFN are to be built in Roi-do-Aab district of Samangan, said officials of the provincial education department.

Mohammad Bashir Salahi, deputy head of the education department, said the schools would consist of 6 classrooms and 3 administration offices each.

“The new school buildings will resolve problems of 700 students who did not have proper classrooms to study in,” said Sarajuddin Azimyar.

According to Azimyar, the district currently has 41 schools with over 13,000 students.
