Shahrukh Khan’s Dilwale crosses Rs 100 cr mark worldwide

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer Dilwale has collected a whopping Rs 100 crore worldwide in the first three days of its release.

Released on 18 December, Dilwale beat its contemporary Bajirao Mastani which was released on the same day.

‘Dilwale’ earned Rs. 21 cr on the opening day, Day 2 collections were Rs. 20.09 cr and Sunday (day three) the movie earned its highest (Rs 24 cr, making a total of Rs. 65.09 cr in India alone.

Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted:

The overseas collections of the movie in these three days are Rs. 56.38 cr, taking the total number to Rs. 121.47 cr.

Taran also tweeted that families have been pouring in at the movie halls to watch ‘Dilwale’.

Bollywood’s most favorite on-screen couple, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, have paired up after a gap of five years for Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon have also shared screen space with each other for the first time in this film.
