iPhone 5…was it worth all the anticipation?

Apple promised that its new handset would go way beyond what the previous iPhones had to offer.

The reviews for iPhone 5 have hit the web, and it is noteworthy to say that there are overwhelmingly positive reviews ever read for any gadget.

The taller 4 inch display, lighter 3.95 ounces weight and upped processing power have won many hearts.

About the camera feature, this is what David Pogue of the New York Times say, “The camera is among the best ever put into a phone.”

One point that several reviewers griped about was the Apple Maps app for lacking transit maps, something Apple says it will address with third-party applications.

The iPhone 5 will be available to the general public September 21. According to Apple, the phone will cost $199 for the 16GB phone, $299 for the 32GB and $399 for the 64GB. The highly anticipated smartphone could become Apple’s fastest-selling iPhone to date; indeed, eager customers reportedly laid claim to the entire pre-order stock within one hour of it becoming available on September 14.
