10-bed hospital opened in Kandahar

kandaharThe Afghan Islamic Press reports inauguration of a 10-bed maternity hospital in Kandahar City.

The Hospital, called Aino Hospital, would provide round the clock maternal health facility while 10 female health workers would also provide health education to mothers.

According to Kandahar health authorities the Aino Hospital was constructed at a cost of 23 million afghani provided by a health relief organization.
