Afghan Public Works Ministry reported that a connecting road would be constructed in Panjshir province, connecting several villages to the main highways.
Estimated to cost about 13 million AFN, the project would be funded from the Ministry’s budget.
Director of Panjshir’s Public Works, Hashmatullah, said the 6-m road would benefit thousands of households who are faced with transportation problems.
The road would enable farmers and livestock owners to easily bring their products to the market.
