A new school to open in Helmand

Helmand jpgThe foundation stone of a classroom school was laid in Naadali district of Helmand province, reported local officials.

“The school is built Nawrozia area of Naadali and consists of 10 classrooms,” said director of Education in Helmand province.

Costing USD 90,000, the one-story building is funded by the World Bank and the Ministry of Education.

The project is expected to complete in the next six months.
