A school in Helmand gets a new building

The foundation stone of a new building for Loi Bagh primary school in Naad Ali district of Helmand province was laid on Saturday.
The one-story building will consist of eight classrooms, two administration offices, a drinkable water well and other facilities.
As many as 800 students will find a roof to study under after the completion of the building.
The project is financed by the Afghan Ministry of Education.
Costing a total of USD 104,000, the building will be completed in the next nine months.
