Afghan Higher Education Ministry works on the development of Paktia University

paktia unHigher Education Minister Obaidullah Obaid inaugurated newly-constructed buildings for a conference hall, a cafeteria, a library, a new girls’ hostel and an information technology office on Paktia University campus.

This comes after five projects have already been completed on the university campus at a cst of USD 8.4mn, provided jointly by the Higher Education and Counternarcotics Ministries.

Paktia University Chancellor Prof. Abdul Rahim said construction work on new buildings for medical, economic, teaching and training faculties would be launched soon.

Higher Education Minister Obaidullah Obaid promised to undertake more projects for the development of the university because it was newly established.
