America’s Big Companies to participate in the Investment Summit on Afghanistan in Delhi

Over a dozen American companies, including big companies like DuPont, Price Waterhouse Cooper, General Electric, ExxonMobile, are participating in the Investment Summit on Afghanistan today in New Delhi.

The Summit is an evidence for India’s government showing their support and assistance to Afghanistan. The purpose of the Summit is to set the initiative to strengthen private sector investment and the bilateral relation between India and Afghanistan.

The Summit will help the companies to explore some investment opportunities.

Afghan companies are encouraged to take part in the Summit.

The US has hailed Delhi Investment Summit on Afghanistan. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had mentioned it during her Delhi visit and gain when the Indian delegation led by external affairs minister came to Washington for the India-US strategic dialogue.
