Construction of a major bridge initiated in Kabul

mayorA major bridge, 45m long and 54m wide, is going to be built in the 16th police district of Kabul city.

Funded by the municipality, the project is aimed to ease traffic congestion in the city.

According to Kabul Mayor Mohammad Younus Nawandesh, the project is awarded to an Afghan company and is expected to be completed within 11 months.
