Delhi Investment Summit on Afghanistan

CII )Confederation of Indian Industry)in partnership with Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and Government of Afghanistan is organizing Delhi Investment Summit on Afghanistan on 28th June 2012 at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi. The objective of this Summit is to promote Cross Country Investment and sensitize Investment opportunities existing in Afghanistan.

The proposed Summit would provide a forum for potential investors from the region and beyond to meet and explore possible partnerships especially cross country company partnership on investments in and around Afghanistan in sectors such as mining, Infrastructure, Energy, Agriculture, SME’s, Healthcare and Education, Telecommunication, and other areas where Afghanistan holds the promise of significant potential, opportunity and needs, as a means of bringing stability and development to Afghanistan through economic means in the challenging post 2014 phase.
