First bus station opened in Sheberghan city

bus stationSheberghan city’s first bus station was inaugurated today after 5 months of construction work.

The facility is funded by Regional Afghan Municipalities Program for Urban Populations (RAMP UP).

“The project consists of two phases. The first phase is completed and is available for the public to use. The second phase is yet in the process,” said Mohammad Daud Aminzai, Director of RAMP UP in Sheberghan city of Jawzjan.

He added the bus station consisted of proper waiting places and toilets for men and women.
