Major ring road in Kunduz reconstructed

A major ring road in Kunduz province has been reconstructed and inaugurated with financial collaboration from Germany.

Costing USD 6mn, the reconstructed road would help address transportation problems of the residents.

Repair work on the 9-km road took 18 months to complete.

Residents called on the new government to pay attention to the province’s security and reconstruction.
