People Ghoriyan district of Herat Province benefits from 14 welfare projects

Rural Rehabilitation Directorate of Ghoriyan district of Herat has announced the implementation of 14 welfare projects. These projects costing more than 27 million AFS are implemented through the National Solidarity Program budget with 10% contribution from the people of the district.

These projects consist of water supply networks, power supply, irrigation, standard public baths and cultural centers. And, more than 3500 families will benefit from these projects.

“These projects will result in employment opportunities and poverty reduction and it is your responsibility to protect these projects, “said Agha Mohammad Sediqui ,  Director of Rural Rehabilitation for Herat Province, to the people of the district during inauguration ceremony of these projects.
