President Ghani, CEO Abdullah promise to resolve telecom issues

ministry of telecommunicationPresident Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai and Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah assured telecom companies that their problems would be resolved on a priority basis.

Addressing a meeting with representatives of telecommunication companies, President Ghani said the telecom sector was a priority and would directly solve the companies’ problems.

He called on the companies to liaise with the government to improve governance, distance education and medical profession.

CEO Abdullah Abdullah urged the companies to make efforts at training Afghan students and assured them that the government would bring reforms to the sector through a clear plan.
