Reconstruction projects completed in Lashkargah

Helmand jpgFunded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), a number of reconstruction projects have been completed in Lashkargah, the capital of southern Helmand province.

According to the city’s Mayor Mohammad Fazil Safi, the projects included construction of roads, footpaths, drains and small bridges.

The projects were implemented in accordance with the dwellers’ needs.
