Ten development projects completed in Nangarhar province

With a cost of more than 9,000,000 AFN, 10 projects of the National Solidarity Program of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (NSP/MRRD) were recently completed in Nangarhar province.
According to the concerned provincial manager of NSP, these development projects included construction of water wells, culverts, irrigation canals, and Micro Hydro Power stations.
He added that these projects had been completed in Khogyani, Kozkunar and Kot districts of Nangarhar province and 2,396 families have benefited from them.
Since its inception, the NSP has expended (4,565,004,125) AFN for implementation of 4,719 development projects in the stated province which included various sectors, such as, transport, education, irrigation, livelihood, etc. Thousands of residents have benefited from these projects.
