Uplift projects under implementation in Baghlan

baghlan jpgUplift projects including a 20-bed hospital, a road, a water dam, 11 schools and two clinics are under implementation in the northern Baghlan province.

The projects are executed in nine districts and the provincial capital by the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN).

Eng. Abdul Shakoor, a representative of the AKDN, said the projects are funded by the German International Cooperation (GIZ) and would be completed within 18 months.

Thousands of residents would benefit from these projects.
