Iraq’s 3-0 victory against Afghanistan in Asian Volleyball Championship

On Saturday, Iraq’s National Volleyball Team defeated Afghanistan 3-0 in the Asian Volleyball Championship held in Dubai. Afghanistan will face South Korea from Group A on Monday.
Afghanistan lost the first set by 17-25 and the second set by 17-25. In the third set, Afghanistan lost by 22-25.
12 Afghan athletes, a supervisor and two coahes are participating in the Championship. Teams from 24 Asian countries are taking part in the event.
The tournament began on September 28 and will continue until October 6. Iran, Iraq, UAE, Kazakhstan, Oman and Sri Lanka are among the 24 countries that are participating in the tournament. (Source: Tolo News)
